Satron V Series Pressure Transmitter Line

The V series transmitters for all applications of pressure measurementsPressure Transmitters.

The V series transmitters are for all applications of pressure measurements. The V series transmitters are suitable for the most demanding process environments and they cover all pressure ranges required in the industry. The excellent temperature behavior, many housing alternatives and the possibility to own user interface are common features for the series V transmitters. With Satron-pAdvisor software and HART -modem it is possible to communicate with transmitters. You can calibrate, configure and diagnose the transmitters easily using Satron-pAdvisor software or using your own HART calibrator. For V series transmitters the wetted materials can be chosen from the wide range of options.

Optional Installation with PASVE ball valve

PASVE® is a ball-type mounting & service valve for SATRON VG type level and pressure transmitters. Reliable, safe, excellent mounting and service valve. PASVE ® makes it simple to disconnect the transmitter from the process without stopping the process. The valve is opened and closed with a rotating movement of the ball. The sensor is not pushed into the process against the pressure or possible process media. It eliminates the risk of the sensitive sensor tip getting broken when the sensor is connected to the process and allows reliable and durable special seals. Various design solutions, materials, actuators, limit switches and process connection options enable the suitability of PASVE ® pH to almost all industrial processes.

NOTE
Recommended Transmitter Mounting Instructions:
  • Steam should not be admitted to the transmitter’s sensing element.
  • In outdoor installations you should make sure that water condensed from e.g. a steam line will not freeze and, by expanding, damage the transmitter’s sensor diaphragm. For instance, this can be avoided by installing heat insulation up to the sensor diaphragm. HD Tower outlet HW and SW Chests

SATRON VT.Satron VT

SATRON VT is used for 0-26,5 kPa (3.8psi)...0-100 MPa (14,500psi) ranges. The transmitter communicates in a 2-wire system. In pressure measuring applications SATRON VT-transmitters are used for measuring the pressure of clean gases, steam and non-crystallizing liquids. The transmitter's sensor is piezoresistive. The range ability is 25:1. The transmitter communicates digitally using the HART® protocol

SATRON VG.Satron VG

SATRON VG is used for 0-1.4 kPa (0.2psi)...0-25 MPa ( 3626psi) ranges. The transmitter communicates in a 2-wire system. In pressure measuring applications SATRON VG-transmitters are used for measuring the pressure of clean, sedimenting, crystallizing and sticking
materials. The transmitter's sensor is piezoresistive. The range ability is 25:1. The transmitter communicates digitally using the HART® protocol. Satron VG transmitter is suitable to use with PASVE mounting valve.

SATRON VTe.Satron VTe

SATRON VTe is used for 0-4 kPa (0.6psi)...0-100 MPa (14,500psi) ranges. The transmitter communicates in a 2-wire system. In pressure measuring applications SATRON VTe -transmitters are used for measuring the pressure of clean gases, steam, sedimenting, crystallizing and sticking liquids. The transmitter's sensor is piezoresistive. The rangeability is 100:1 for types VTe 6 - VTe 8. The transmitter communicates digitally using the HART® protocol

SATRON VL.Satron VL

SATRON VL is used for 0-1,4 kPa (0.2psi)...0-15 MPa (2,175psi) ranges. The transmitter communicates in a 2-wire system. In pressure measuring applications SATRON VL transmitters are used for measuring the pressure of clean, sedimenting, crystallizing and sticking materials. The transmitter's sensor is piezoresistive. The rangeability is 25:1. The transmitter communicates digitally using the HART® protocol. The versatile selection of diaphragm materials will meet the needs in most processes. Also the models with special accuracy are included to the series of VL transmitters.

SATRON VV.Satron VV

SATRON VV is used for 0-1,4 kPa (0.2psi)..0-0.05 MPa (7.3psi). ranges. The transmitter communicates in a 2-wire system. SATRON VV pressure transmitter is suitable for liquid level measurements in ground and rock tanks, and in open channels and ships' tanks. SATRON VV pressure transmitter can be used in corrosive conditions and to measure contaminating liquids. Possible foam on the surface of the measured liquid does not disturb the measurement. SATRON VV does not require compressed air supply. The transmitter's sensor is piezoresistive. The rangeability is 25:1. The transmitter communicates digitally using the HART® protocol.

SATRON VVFe.Satron VVFe

Satron VVFe is used for 0 - 4 kPa.(0.6psi)..0 - 500 kPa (72.5psi) ranges. The transmitter communicates in a 2 - wire system. VVFe pressure transmitter is suitable for liquid level measurements in ground, rock and ships' tanks, drill well and in open channels. VVFe can be used to measure contaminating liquids. Small diameter of only 22 mm, makes it an excellent choice for liquid level measurements in narrow places. The transmitter's sensor is piezoresistive. The transmitter communicates digitally using the HART® protocoll.

SATRON VB.Satron VB

SATRON VB is user-friendly, through the ball valve mounted transmitter which is used for 0-4 kPa (0.6psi)... 0-3 MPa ((435psi) ranges. The transmitter communicates in a 2-wire system. In pressure measuring applications SATRON VB transmitter is used for measuring the pressure of gases, steams and sedimenting, crystallizing and sticking liquids. The transmitter's sensor is piezoresistive. The rangeability of the model VB6 is 100:1. The transmitter communicates digitally using the HART® protocol.

SATRON VLe.Satron VLe

SATRON VLe pressure transmitter belongs to the V transmitter family. The series V transmitters have smart properties. It is a 2-wire transmitter with Hart® standard communication. SATRON VLe is used for 0- 4 kPa (0.6psi)...0-40 MPa (5,800psi)ranges. In pressure measuring applications SATRON VLe transmitters are used for measuring the pressure of clean, sedimenting, crystallizing and sticking materials. The transmitter's sensor is piezoresistive. The rangeability is even 100:1 depending on the range. The versatile selection of diaphragm materials will meet the needs in most processes.
